Its flatter curved shape contours comfortably around the body. The other version the original mckenzie super roll by optp 708 is slightly less curved but it has velcro and remains put. This lumbar support improves posture and ensures correct and natural positioning of the lower spine while sitting. I bought two others since then and i have also been using them almost daily since without the straps the velcro keeps it in place.
