Insert either a plastic automotive panel pry bar tool or a large flathead screwdriver in between the bottom edge of the door panel and the door frame.

Same the the outside door edge lugs. Step one look at the inside door handle. Firmly pull out the bottom edge of the door panel to disengage the plastic pop rivets. Next unscrew the screw that holds the door cup.
