If you have unboxed your front load washer to find that the door is locked and you are unable to open it please review the following instructions.
Reach up along the inside of the front and locate the bottom of the door switch lock mechanism.
None of the buttons respond.
Now you can reach down to the bottom of the door latch where there is a 1 round plastic tab.
