These cake balls are dipped in colored candy melts with a swirl of white for a marble effect and the inside of the pop is just as vibrant as the outside.
Mash up cake and place in a large bowl.
Dip tip of 1 lollipop stick about 1 2 inch into either color melted candy and insert stick into 1 cake ball no more than halfway.
In the bowl of a stand mixer beat the cream cheese until soft.
Using an electric stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment mix the cake and 1 2 to 3 4 cup buttercream frosting on medium sped until well blended and the mixture can be formed into a ball.
Return to cookie sheet.
Repeat with remaining cake layers.
Add the sugar vanilla and eggs and beat until well combined.
Decorate with candy sprinkles.
Once it s done dripping stand upright and allow to dry.
Twist the cake pop in one direction allowing the excess coating to pull the design and create the marbled effect.
